  • I'm in love with an item, but it's out of stock on the site. What should I do and how often do you restock?"
    If an item goes out of stock there will be a "NOTIFY ME" button that you can click on. You can be notified by email. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Kindja Collections offers a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. All payments are processed through Square.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. In such case you can however, return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • What company does Kindja Collections use to ship packages?
    We offer Canada Post mail, both domestic and internationally.
  • Do you refund shipping fees?
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • How can I track my package (domestic)?
    In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Or, visit Canadapost.ca and enter the tracking number emailed to you.
  • Does Kindja Collections issue refunds?
    We do not issue refunds or store credit at this time.
  • Does Kindja Collections do exchanges?
    Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of delivery. Garments must be in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are at the customers expense, to request an exchange, email kindjacollections@gmail.com all exchange requests will be subject to availability. We do not offer credit notes.
